These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of StarkRender ("Service"), operated by StarkRender ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You may use StarkRender to render HTML into images and PDFs via our REST API. You agree not to:
You are responsible for keeping your API key confidential. Any usage under your key is your responsibility. Notify us immediately at hello@starkrender.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Render limits reset on your billing cycle date. Unused renders do not roll over. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
The Free plan includes 100 renders per month at no cost, with no credit card required. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Free plan with 30 days notice.
You retain all rights to the HTML and content you submit. Rendered images are stored on our servers for 30 days and automatically deleted. You are solely responsible for the content you render.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for damages caused by downtime, latency, or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StarkRender's total liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.
